Submitting an order indicates your acceptance of the following Wholesale Terms and Conditions.
SPECIAL 60-DAY GUARANTEE
Thinking about the success of your business, SexyHint Wholesale offers an exclusive guarantee: If any product purchased does not sell within 60 days, you may exchange it or receive a credit for future purchases.
Conditions to use the 60-Day Guarantee:
Products must be in perfect condition, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Requests must be made in writing to wholesale@sexyhint.com within 60 days of the invoice date.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Any generated credit can be used for the purchase of any available product in the wholesale catalog.
This guarantee is complementary to our standard return policy and was created to provide more security, trust, and partnership for your business.
DISTRIBUTION POLICY
If you are a wholesaler or retailer in good standing with Dixlog LLC (hereinafter referred to as 'SexyHint'), you are licensed to sell SexyHint products in your physical stores and on your company website.
You are NOT licensed to sell SexyHint products on third-party websites or marketplaces, including but not limited to Walmart, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other marketplace.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING METHODS
We work with all major carriers. If shipping is covered by SexyHint, we will ship via USPS or FedEx, whichever is best for you. Orders ready for shipment will be processed within 2-3 business days from the receipt of payment. This does not include transit time.
If you wish to ship using your own carrier account, you must provide the carrier method and account information in writing with your order.
Unspecified shipping methods will be sent via the Best Way ground service on a prepaid basis. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as shipping times are only estimates.
Once a carrier collects the package, SexyHint is no longer responsible for the package during transit or for delays caused by unforeseen weather conditions or natural disasters.
If tracking indicates a package was delivered but the customer claims it was not received, it is the customer's responsibility to file a lost package claim with the carrier.
If a package is returned to the sender (SexyHint) due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it can be reshipped to a corrected address at the customer's expense.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will be processed/shipped on the next business day.
PAYMENT METHODS
We are pleased to accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, Company Check, and Bank Transfers.
BACKORDERS
It is the customer's responsibility to inform us at the time of purchase whether they accept receiving backorders. If accepted, out-of-stock items will be automatically shipped as soon as they become available. Backorders totaling less than $ 90.00 or remaining open for more than 30 days will be automatically canceled, and the corresponding amounts will be refunded. If the customer wishes to cancel a backorder before the 30-day period, they must notify SexyHint in writing by sending an email to wholesale@sexyhint.com.
RETURNS / CREDITS & RMA PROCESSING
(Return Merchandise Authorization)
We stand behind the quality of our products and accept the return of items with manufacturing defects. Returns for defective merchandise will be accepted with images provided by the customer showing the defect. Returns or credits will not be accepted for worn products or unauthorized returns. If you received an incorrect item, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.To request a return authorization, please email us.
You must request an RMA authorization within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
Authorized returns will receive a credit within 3 to 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Any unauthorized returns or returns submitted after the grace period will not be accepted.
All returns or exchanges must be communicated to SexyHint's Customer Service Center at e-mail to wholesale@sexyhint.com before proceeding.
USE OF MEDIA
SexyHint will provide product images that you may use for print or marketing purposes in your store or online for promoting our merchandise.
Photos distributed by SexyHint to our clients cannot be used without our consent. Photos must be resized appropriately and must maintain original quality.
MINIMUM PRICE POLICY
To preserve brand positioning and value, SexyHint products may be advertised in your store with up to a 25% discount relative to the retail price listed on our official website www.sexyhint.com.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION (Applicable to All Accounts)
During the commercial partnership between the retailer and SexyHint, some information may be shared confidentially, such as stock details, price lists, promotional actions, product images, and upcoming releases. This information is provided to strengthen our relationship and support your sales efforts. Therefore, we kindly request that it be used solely for commercial purposes directly related to the resale of SexyHint products. We kindly ask that such information not be disclosed to third parties or competitors without our prior written consent. The images, videos, and other materials provided by SexyHint are exclusively for promoting our products. If you have any doubts about their proper use, our team is available to assist you. Please note that prices, conditions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice, according to market dynamics.
